TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- $200 Reservation Deposit required to reserve, balance due 30 days prior to check-in.
- Credit card # is held as security deposit.
- All rates are subject to change without notice.
- All rates are subject to 12% Florida Sales & Tourist Tax.
- One bedroom rates are based on one to three persons.
- Two bedroom & waterfront rates are based on one to four persons.
- Each additional person $10.00 per day or $50.00 per week.
- Sunburst Condos has no cleaning fee.
- NO PETS ALLOWED.

ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT:
Cash, Personal Check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full refund if cancellation is received at least 90 days prior to check-in; $200 reservation deposit will be retained if cancellation is received between 30 and 90 days prior to check-in. Refund only if unit is re-rented if cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to check-in.
