TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- $200/week or $500/month deposit required on booking. Full balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- Credit card # is held as security deposit against unpaid rent, damage, additional cleaning or laundry etc.
- All rates are subject to 12% Florida Sales & Tourist Tax and are subject to change without notice.
- Rates are based on up to 4 persons/unit. Each additional person $10.00 per day or $50.00 per week.
- Sunburst Condos does not charge a cleaning fee unless additional cleaning or laundry is required.
- Pets are not allowed. Units are non-smoking. No smoking is allowed in the units.

ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT:
Cash, Personal Check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full refund if cancellation is received at least 90 days prior to check-in; Reservation deposit will be retained if cancellation is received less than 90 days prior to check-in. Any additional amounts paid will be refunded only if unit is re-rented for same rate and time period. Please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance in case of unforseen circumstances.
