January through May is primetime for "Snowbirds" that come from all over to escape the cold weather. Seasonal guests return every year to their winter homes here at SunBurst. January through March we have monthly covered dish dinners to give renters the chance to fellowship with each other. These dinners culminate with watching the sun go down. You can usually find a card game going on shortly after!

We also have families that come to enjoy their spring and summer breaks here on Manasota Key. We do not cater to college students. SunBurst is located on a very quiet stretch of Manasota Key and a convenience store is within walking distance. Local newspaper boxes are right by the Gulf driveway, or limited subscriptions are available. If you plan to bring a laptop, let us know. Internet service is available in some of our units.
