| SunBurst has 15 units Gulfside and 11 units on the Bayside. Guests have the option of using all amenities. Coin operated laundry rooms are located on both sides, as are gas grills. We have regulation horse shoe pits and a bocce ball set available for use on the beach. The Bayside also has our 24/7 fishing and boat dock. Boaters can park trailers on a leased lot which is right next door for an additional fee. Sorry, no pets are permitted.
Units are fully furnished with appliances and linens. Bed size varies and most units have sleeper beds and couches to accommodate extra guests. Extras vary depending on the owners' choice, so please feel free to ask. Internet service is also available in most units. Gulfside parking is under the units and steps lead up to the two floors. SunBurst does not have ground floor units on the Gulfside. Bayside parking is in the lot directly in front of the buildings. We have additional parking available if necessary.
